Innovation in the British Army

The Training Spa is known for being able to meet (and exceed) all our clients' needs, so while we were working with the 16th Air Assault Brigade, helping a range of soldiers gain the ILM L7 qualifications in Coaching and Mentoring, we were thrilled to be asked to design a specific programme for private soldiers.

We all think of the Army as being 'do as you're told' rather than 'let's think of different ways around this' but the ILM L2 Award in Innovation in the Workplace was greeted with high levels of enthusiasm! Forty two people signed up for the programme which looked at the importance of innovation and creativity in the workplace and has enabled the soldiers to look at a range of creativity tools to help them solve problems.

The delegates are now working through their assignments and we look forward to learning about their ideas!

By the way - each delegate paid for this course out of their own pockets!
